Irresponsible service center. Very bad experience. It has been a week since I registered the complaint. It has not been a year since I bought the printer. But when the complaint was registered, they replied that the warranty has expired. I sent the bill and they replied that “the computer wrongly shows that the warranty of some customers has expired”. To wait until the correct warranty date is updated. No one buys an Epson printer anymore.

Very bad experience. They don't even care about the customer. Rude behavior, for small repairs taking long period, lazy service.

Very bad customer service. Complained twice still not rectified. Service personnel visit was resheduled twice, and then no response at all.

ഞാൻ എടത്വ സപ്ലൈകോ സൂപ്പർ മാർക്കറ്റ് മാനേജരാണ്. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു TECHNICIAN, സജിൻ ചാക്കോ, ഈ സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നും വാറണ്ടിയുള്ള EPZON LQ -310 എന്ന പ്രിൻറർ 15-03-2021 ൽ സർവീസ് ചെയ്യാൻ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ട് പോയിട്ട് ഒരു വര്ഷം പിന്നിട്ടു. എന്തായി. ഇതിന് പറയേണ്ട മറുപടി മറ്റൊന്നാണ്!
ഇതിന് ഗവൺമൈന്റിന് മറുപടി കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത് ഞാനാണ്. വിളിച്ചാൽ ഫോൺ എടുക്കില്ല, എടുത്താൽ നാളെ എത്തിക്കാം. മറ്റന്നാൾ എത്തിക്കാം. എന്ന പല്ലവിയാണ് കേൾക്കുന്നത്. ഇനി കേസിലേക്ക് പോകേണ്ട സാഹചര്യമാണ് നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത്. ആയതിനാൽ എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് ഈ മാസം അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഒന്നുകിൽ പ്രിൻറർ കിട്ടണം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കേസിന് പോകും!

മറ്റൊരു പ്രിൻറർ കേടായിട്ട് വിളിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടും ഏകദേശം 8 മാസമായി! സ്ഥിതി മറിച്ചല്ല!

Very irresponsible service. The phone will not pick up when called. The mechanic will not come on time

Very dissappointing experince nobody is there to take phone calls let alone serviceing, epson company should to take acton

Called four days back. Took all details.
Said they don't supply ink. Promised a representative would be visiting the next day. Was also told that the service visit charge would be 540. That too agreed. But no visit no follow up. Planning to dump the printer. Epson good bye.never ever your product

Have parking facility but no one picks up the phone and they are mostly short on spares availability.

Very very bad service from epson service center kottayam, i register a complaint on 22-10-2019 still today my complaint not resolved, i have 3 epson printer (Epson 565, L1300 and L 130, i suggest dont buy epson printer in this area, they are selling epson without proper service
