Worst of the worst courier service in Nagaland. The delivery guys are very rude, they expect us to come to a certain location of their choice to deliver our orders. I once came across this certain delivery guy who was very rude to me so I told him I’ll raise a complaint, he said to please go ahead saying he delivers about 100 in a day so it doesn’t matter one person complaining against him. The audacity of such kind of an employer is outrageous. I wonder why would they recruit people like him.

The place where rude irresponsible and ill mannered employees with the worst customer service and worst delivery service intersect.
They only make the customer wait and wait for their orders to be delivered and they leave no option to even contact them
This summer my only mission is to locate their office and have a face to face talk with the manager

It's been long ago I haven't visited Tuensang again. But Iam happy to see the development of Tuensang. Specially I remember Nepali Baptist church which was located at RP gate then. I wasn't believer then but now I am a Christian. A lots of greetings and love to all Nepali church members from Nepal.
